Easy & Quick Healthy Bhel puri Recipe
In Mumbai and Delhi, most of the time I go out to have chat … My kids love bhel puri chat and they want it almost every week , To be able to make bhel instantly, I always stock farsan and murmura and my refrigerator is never without salads …so I just mix it with little tangy chat masala and my sukha /sukhi/dry bhel is ready ..It’s very easy and quick bhel recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cup puffed rice
- ½ cup any farsan (here I used haldirams khatha mitha mixture) you can also use roasted farsan
- ½ cup finely chopped cucumber(optional)
- ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes(optional)
- 1 finely chopped green chilly(optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot (optional)
- 1 finely chopped medium size onion
- 1 cup moong sprouts(optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon chat masala
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts(optional)
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients and serve it immediately
Notes for making Healthy Bhel Recipe
- Use salad quantity more than farsan and murmura quantity
- Use roasted farsan for making bhel
- You can also add sprouts in your bhel to make it more nutritious
