- 1 cup curd
- 2 cucumber finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon saindha namak
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Jeera Powder (Cumin Seed powder)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1 teaspoon roasted peanut powder (optional)

- In a bowl mix finely chopped cucumber, curd, salt, sugar, roasted peanut powder…mix it nicely
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan add cumin seed in it let it crackle …add this tempering in the mixed raita mixture and serve it with any vrath recipe
