In Mumbai and Delhi, most of the time I go out to have  chat … My kids love bhel puri chat and they want it almost every week , To be able to make bhel instantly, I always stock farsan  and murmura and my refrigerator is never without salads …so I just mix it with little tangy chat masala and my sukha /sukhi/dry  bhel is ready  ..It’s very easy and quick bhel recipe

[ingredients title=”Ingredients”]

  • 2 cup puffed rice
  • ½ cup any farsan (here I used haldirams khatha mitha mixture) you can also use roasted farsan
  • ½ cup finely chopped cucumber(optional)
  • ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes(optional)
  • 1 finely chopped green chilly(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated carrot (optional)
  • 1 finely chopped medium size onion
  • 1 cup moong sprouts(optional)
  •  1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves (optional)

Notes for making Healthy Bhel Recipe

  1. Use salad quantity more than farsan and murmura quantitysalad bhel recipe
  2. Use roasted farsan for making bhel
  3. You can also add sprouts in your bhel to make it more nutritioussprouts in salad
